Kasturba Medical College provides a full-time MBBS programme at the undergraduate level. Candidates who have passed Class 12 or equivalent examinations in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English and have a minimum aggregate score of 50% in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology can apply for admission to Manipal Medical College's MBBS programme. The institute recognises NEET UG rank and marks for admission to the MBBS curriculum. Kasturba Medical College, Manipal does not offer direct admission to any of its programmes, hence candidates must take the NEET examination to gain admission.
