The MHT CET Result date is declared by the Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell not by this or the particular institute like Kavikulguru Institute of Technology and Science (KITS). As a rule, the results of MHT CET are reported for several weeks after the test, usually in May or June. After the result is announced, it lies in the hands of the candidates to check it on the official site of MHT CET and proceed to the centralized admission process of institutes such as KITS, etc. based on the obtained ranking.
