Both the North East Frontier Technology University NEFTU Arunachal Pradesh and the Assam Kaziranga University have good placement records.
At NEFTU, In 2024, 84 students were placed out of 115 eligible students. The average salary offered was INR 3.5 LPA and the highest package offered was INR 6LPA whereas the lowest package offered was INR 2.5 LPA.
At KU, the highest package offered to KU students for an MBA program was INR 7.81 LPA and the highest package offered for B.Tech was INR 10 LPA. For the B.com course the average salary offered was INR 3.46 LPA and the highest was INR 12 LPA.

The tuition fees of MBA at Kaziranga University is INR 1.6 lacs. The mentioned figure is only the tuition fees for 2 years. Other expenses like Hostel and mess fees, Admission fees, Alumni fees, Examination fees and others have to be paid in addition to the tuition fees.
