The round 3 final allotment would be done by 3rd September, 20223 and if you haven't applied still and have missed another round you should be on the lookout for another round but also apply for other colleges, as there are many other good colleges also.

I feel that even though your rank is reasonable, it perhaps not sufficient for admission in a government college since preference of most students is government college as first choice.
