The candidates who wish to apply with NEET scores have to apply for KEAM when the KEAM registration starts. The KEAM 2026 registration was open in February 2026, and all candidates who wish to participate in KEAM (entrance exam and/or the counselling process) have to complete the KEAM registration before the application form submission deadline.

Honestly 10500 rank is neither good nor bad. It may not give you a guaranteed seat in a top government engineer college but there is still hope. You can get a seat on low level government colleges especially in less popular branches like civil or EEE. It's not a bad rank but with smart move you can get a seat.

As you have your PwD certificate . If they are valid as per NMC rules, You would get easily an MBBS seat with this rank in your state Kerala.

If you have missed the KEAM Registration then you can not attend the exam. If the registration dates are extended for 1-2 days then you can apply immediately but if the registration process is completely over then there is no option to appear for exam you can try again next time the exam is conducted. For more information you can visit the official website of exam conducting authority.

To get admission through KEAM (CET), you need to get  qualifying marks 240/600  (General category). It's a good idea to target 550+ marks for better chances in top engineering colleges. Usually students at 550+ marks obtain a rank less than 5,000. Higher marks certainly improve your chances of placing your fav branches and colleges during KEAM counselling.
