Hello Allan,
According to government and college rule, you have to submit an income certificate which is approved by Tahseel. It return copy would not be accepted.

It is a very interesting query that you have brought out. Is KEAM impossible? Of course it is not impossible. There are thousands of Students who clear this exam every year.
