ASADI Kochi admission to BArch course is based on NATA score. Aspirants wishing to take admission in merit seats need to follow the instructions of the Commissioner of Entrance examinations for mark and rank uploading. The institute releases a rank list based on academic eligibility and admission interview for seats offered under the management quota.

Aspirants applying for a course at ASADI Kochi need to fulfil the eligibility criteria. The basic eligibility is Class 12 for UG courses and graduation for PG programmes. Below is course-wise eligibility for ASADI Kochi:

Candidates need a minimum of Class 12 to apply for a UG programme. The eligibility criteria for BArch is Class 12 or equivalent examination in relevant subjects with at least 45% aggregate. Hence, aspirants with 60% in Class 12 are eligible to apply for Asian School of Architecture and Design Innovations UG programme.

Candidates are first required to meet the eligibility criteria and apply for their preferred programme. ASADI Kochi offers seats to the aspirants based on NATA score for B.Arch admission. The selection for M.Arch is based on PGCETA score. Shortlisted aspirants need to pay a course fee to confirm their seat in the institute.

The Aviation- UG (BBA) programme is offered under the department of Management AHM of ECR Group of Institutions. To get in to this BBA + AHM programme, candidates must have passed Class 12 (with a valid aggregate percentage) from a recognised board. To confirm the admission, candidates are need visit the Keral campus and submit the necessary documents along with course fee. 

The fee for BBA + AHM is INR 5 lakh which is including hostel fee. ECR Aviation Academy offers an integrated course combining Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with Aviation and Hospitality Management (AHM). The Aviation- UG programmes are offered under the department of Management AHM of ECR Group of Institutions.
