There are about 9 best Anaesthesia Technology colleges in Kerala. Of these, 3 colleges are privately owned and 2 colleges are owned by public/government organisations. NEET PG is the most accepting entrance exams in the top Anaesthesia Technology colleges in Kerala. The answer depends if you are talking of a 1 year course or one year of B.Ed course. I'll address both the situation, if you are talking of a one year B.Ed course from a recognised university, then yes, it can be taken into consideration for jobs in Kerela government schools. Whereas, if you are currently in the first year of B.Ed then you are not eligibile for the government jobs.

Yes, you are eligible to appear for the UPSA exam (Kerela PSC) if you have cleared the CTET Elementary level. The eligibility criteria for CTET gives you a lot of equivalent options to choose from. Thus, if you hvae cleared the CTET Elementary level, you are good to go for USPA exam.
