The criterion for qualifying these scholarships can be enquired from the Akshaya Centers or other government service centers. For checking your chance of admission you have to look for your rank not percentile because the cutoffs are released in rank format not in percentile. You can check previous year cutoffs from the below link

Hi before you take an admission in any private college take a background check of the college and SEE the track record if you know that track record of this college is good then go ahead take admission but if it is not then leave it. And try to get any government institute for your M.Sc. In research related field a government institute degree is far better than any private college degree thanks.
