The Kasaragod campus of Central University of Kerala offers and integrated course of B.Com B.Ed and not the Trivandrum campus. The campus has a dedicated placement cell that helps students prepare for the placements drives. The average package offered to the PG students was INR 3.26 LPA (year 2023). The top recruiters were TCS, Infosys, Wipro, HCL, IBM, Amazon, Microsoft etc.

Among all the campuses of the Central University of Kerala, the Kasaragod campus, which is the main campus is considered the best as it offers a wider range of programs including both Bachelors and master's degrees with one certification course as well. The campus is Wi-Fi centric, has a cafeteria, ATM, shuttle service, library, and hostel facility for both boys and girls.
