Apart from the score, you need to look at your percentile. If your percentile is above 70, you can apply.
If the percentile is not up to the mark, you can apply through other entrance scores.

After the XAT results are out, you can apply in KSOM by filling up the application form and stating your XAT score. If you are eligible thorough the XAT score, you will be shortlisted for GD and PI.

It depends on the bank from which you apply for the loan. As per my knowledge, some margin money from the borrower's side is needed to be paid at the time of every installment.

Yes, of course a student need to take part in GD for admission process. GD is judged on many criteria and not only communication and language. Basic English would suffice. Your knowledge on the topic matters though. Be confident and frame your sentence using simple English words and that will work for you.
