KIIT is a renowned college in the whole of Eastern India. Its ranking has been also very good. But I would say that it's the student that actually makes a college. I took Civil engineering in KIIT (in the counselling) but didn't take the admission due to some personal reasons.
Cons of KIIT for me is the number of students intake in each branch (which is almost above 450 and 650+ in CSE and IT). To get placed within those 650 students will take a lot of hard work. A 15-20K job is not what you wish after spending 8.8 lakhs of tuition fees. It is not feasible at all. But if you work hard it's obvious that success will be waiting in any pa

Yes the placement after BBA is good here. Companies like Godrej & Boyce , HDFC Bank , Jaro education etc visit the campus for recruitment.

Hey Tanushree,
I would suggest you go for XIME Kochi. KSOM result will come in August if you are waitlisted till den you can not sit and wait. Join XIME Kochi and if you get converted to KSOM and at that point of time you want to join KSOM.

KSOM has been ranked as the best B School of Odisha, 5th best B School of Eastern India and 30th best B School in India as per NIRF 2018, MHRD, government. Of India rankings, released on 3rd April 2018. So, I would suggest KSOM.

This college is good for the business studies. Here they provide three courses those are:
MBA, BBA and Ph.D. It's average package in 2017 was about 5.11 lakhs.
So I suggest you to go for the KIIT for the business studies and management courses.
