Additionally, the scanned copies of important documents, such as Class 10 and 12 pass certificate, aadhaar card or any other identity proof have to be uploaded. The application can be successfully submitted with a payment of INR 1,000 as the application fee.

KEI Kolkata admit candidates to the BSc course based on merit in the last qualifying examination. Thus, candidates are selected based on aggregate in Class 12 or equivalent examination. After shortlisting applications, the institute shall release a merit or selection list. Furthermore, candidates applying for BSc (Hons) course shall ensure that they meet the minimum eligibility requirements - Class 12 pass with 50% aggregate and with respective courses as per the institute.
