Yes, you can take admission directly in the second year of the B.Tech programme at Bharati Vidyapeeths College of Engineering, IPU. The interested candidates have to clear the ET-DIP exam conducted by the institute for lateral entry. The shortlisted students then have to appear for counselling for seat allotment. RV College of Engineering, Bangalore is a good college for B.Tech. It is approved by AICTE1. It has also been accredited by NBA and affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University. RV College of Engineering was ranked 89 for B.Tech by NIRF in 2022.

I'm not sure if Karpagam College of Engineering conducts an entrance exam for BE Computer Science. According to the admission criteria for Karpagam College of Engineering, Coimbatore, admission to the UG courses such as BE/B.Tech is merit-based and entrance-based. I hope this helps. For LDCE Ahmedabad admission to BE programmes, candidates have to appear for GUJCET or JEE Main. Then, candidates who meet the cutoff score for LDCE Ahmedabad B.E admission need to attend the GUJCET counselling process conducted by Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC).
