At Kerala University of Fisheries and Ocean Studies (KUFOS) Kochi-Kakkanad, under certain conditions students are allowed to have the refund policy of fees. If a student drops out of a programme prior to the start of the classes, normally the student receives a reimbursement of the tuition fee less a processing fee. Rajagiri Centre for Business Studies offers admission to MA programme based on CAT, MAT or KMAT scores. Selected candidates have to further come for the personal interview round. Once selected, aspirants are called for document verification. Further, candidates have to pay a course fee to confirm their seat in the college.

Candidates need to pass a bachelor's degree with at least 55% aggregate in Science or Technology subjects and 50% aggregate in other subjects to apply for Rajagiri Centre for Business Studies MA programme. Aspirants who have passed a master’s degree examination with at least 55% marks in aggregate are also eligible to apply. A pass in any bachelor's degree examination is required for SC/ ST candidates.
