BTECH (MARINE ENGINEERING) in IMU KOLKATA is a Residential course, that means you have to be always in the campus which provides you with hostels for juniors and seniors separately, a designated mess for each year with white uniforms that you wear to attend the daily classes.

The oldest and most prestigious Institute in South Asia in the field of Marine Engineering. The campus life is great fun, where you learn camaraderie among your batchmates and discipline of the highest order.It's former name were Directorate of Marine Engineering and Training kolkata and Marine Engineering and Research Institute Kolkata.
