The hostel fee is approximately INR 50,000 for 1 year.

The eligibility criteria for D.Pharma in Orissa:
Have passed 10+2 Science Exam with physics, chemistry, biology (Bio-science/Life-science) and/or mathematics from CHSE, Odisha or any exam equivalent to it, approved by PCI. Candidates must have passed individually in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology, both in theory as well as practical. Student of Vocational course& distance education/correspondence course are not eligible
Be 17 years of age as on 31st December 2017

But according to me, if you have the knowledge, you can become a Salesforce architect without any work experience. You can gain your knowledge from online, read informative articles, use forum and community websites, watch the video, use online tutorials and much more.
You should do the course from any well-respected training center such as - Koenig Solutions, Udemy and much more.

The rules for changing the college vary according to university rules from time to time. So, we would suggest you to inquire from the concerned colleges and its authorities.
