Yes, it is a private university and you can apply for admission in Chandigarh University. To get admission in college you will need to give CUSAT 2018 examination conducted by the university itself

No you don't need to have maths in 12th for studying psychology. It does have Statistics as a portion because researches are done in psychology and to evaluate them, behavioural statistics is needed.

With that much of percentage it seems very difficult to get into this college if you belong to general category.
If you belong to SC/ST then you can have some chances.
Further you wants to do BA thhen you will face some percentage deduction Due to stream change.
College doesn't matter alot. Main thing is to study from DU.
Try some other colleges .
