You have to first look at the cut off list of the last year. The data is available in dte website for last year's 2017

You can get admission in Lala Lajpat Rai. But, if you didn't get admission through cap round, then try for offline.

Only some colleges CMAT & ATMA. You should have also given MAH-CET. This will helped you a lot in admission process because most of the colleges in Mumbai consider CET as compare to ATMA or CMAT.
