I assume that you are asking about the language required to get Job. It varies from country to country. For US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand English is fine. If you wish to work in some Asian and European countries, you need to be proficient in their local language.

Proficiency in foreign language is a big qualification in non English speaking countries for job. Some countries such as Germany prefers candidates who know German over other candidates.

French and Spanish are easy languages, they are also one of the official languages of UN . Spanish and French languages are spoken in many parts of world. but if u r planning for countries like Germany Korea Japan China then u study there local language. but for commercial purpose and hotel management student French or Spanish are more acceptable .

you should go for either French or Spanish in terms of global acceptance. if u r planning for further studies in Germany then u can learn German as well.
