For admission to the Ph.D. program at the School of Law, Noida International University (NIU), the university accepts applications based on his/her performance in NIU Ph.D. Entrance Exam. Also, candidates who cleared UGC-NET, CSIR-NET, GATE, SLET, or have an M.Phil. degree may skip their entrance test.

The university law school has a total seat intake of 30 for the LLB programme. UPES School of Law allot seats to the candidates on the basis of their performance in CUET exam and may consider academic performance as well.
