Once you complete your law education, register with the Bar Council of India and clear the bar exam. After the basics you need to gain relevant experience through doing internships or working under senior advocates. Once you develop skills like legal research, drafting and other legal procedures, you can start practicing law, either independently or apply for relevant jobs in bigger law firms.
