Here are some important documents you must carry during the LLM in Tax Law application process:

  • An LLB degree (either 3 or 5 years)
  • AIBE Scores
  • Statement of Purpose (SOP)
  • Curriculum Vitae (CV) or Resume
  • Passport-sized photographs (at least 4)
  • Photo ID Proof (Adhaar, PAN Card, Passport, DL, etc.)
  • Provisional Certificate/Migration Certificate

Aspirants who have passed Class 12 in any stream with at least 50% aggregate are eligible to apply for BBA LLB programme at IFIM College of Law. Candidates must have relevant documents proving their eligibility for verification at the time of admission. Besides, aspirants must also have a valid score in CUET, AILET, LSAT or CLAT for admission. Candidates without a score in any of the accepted entrance exams can appear for ISAT conducted by IFIM.

IFIM College of Law does consider CLAT scores for admission to BBA LLB programme. However, it is not mandatory. Aspirants can also get admission based on their scores in CUET, LSAT or AILET. Candidates can also appear for ISAT conducted by the college for admission to BBA LLB course. Selected candidates also have to pass a PI round for final admission.

The Legal Reasoning and English Language section in the RULET exam will carry 50 marks which is the maximum in the entire RULET exam. The candidates must try to prepare the topics for these sections well to score better. Each question in the RULET exam will carry 2 marks each and there will be no negative marking. However, Current Affairs and General Knowledge and Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning sections will carry 25 marks each.
