No, Sharda University, Greater Noida BA LLB (hons) admission is not open for direct admissions. Candidates will need to appear in either SUAT or CLAT-UG in order to apply for BA LLB (hons) course.

Aspirants must pass Class 12 from a recognised board with a minimum of 50% aggregate to apply for BA LLB (Hons) course. Candidates must either submit CUET scores or appear for SUAT conducted by the university for admission.

To get admission in BA LLB at Sanskaram University, the minimum qualification required is to pass Class 12 examination in relevant subjects with 45% from a recognised board. The final selection is based on their performance in the last qualifying exam. The university may accept CLAT scores for admisison in BA LLB.

Students can apply offline for scholarships. The forms are available at the admission office. After submission of the scholarship application form, the Jain University Scholarship Committee (JUSC) reviews all applications and selects students. Students can apply for only one scholarship.

The curriculum of the course is divided in 10 semesters. The syllabus includes many core subjects related to law and humanities. Moreover, students have to study language courses as well in the first year. Internship and Moot Court are included in the curriculum. Some core subjects are Cyber Law and Information Technology, International Relations, Law of Crimes, etc.

There are total 60 seats in course. All of them are allocated by university only. Seat allocation is based on JET-LAW/ CLAT/ AILET scores and interview. Students who clear all stages of the admission process are eligible for seat.
