Yes, Candidates can prepare for AILET 2026 entrance exam in one month by giving more time to study the important topics and practice the questions asked in previous year papers. Each section must be given equal preference. Revise the topics already studied regularly.

Yes, AILET exam have one section for Current affairs and General Knowledge. The section will be asked for 30 marks and students will be asked questions from Indian and international affairs, Current events, History, Geography, Politics, Economics & General Science.

Yes, students aspiring to expand their chances of admission to all the NLUs in India must given both the entrance exams. Both, CLAT and AILET will be conducted a week apart in the December month. The syllabus for the AILET & CLAT are almost same, infact the AILET exam has less number of sections than CLAT exam. Students aspiring to sit for both the exams may prepare simultaneously focusing on each section to be asked in exam.

NLU Delhi provides admission to its BA LLB and LLM programme based on the AILET 2026 scores. However, all other NLUs in the country accept CLAT scores for providing admission to their courses. Candidates can sit for both the entrance exams to expand their scope of admission.

Candidates must prepare well for the AILET exam, after due consideration of the syllabus. For AILET BA LLB 2026 exam, English language will comprise Reading comprehension, Sentence completion, Error correction, and Critical reasoning. The questions in Current Affairs and GK will be asked from Current events, Indian and international affairs, History, Geography, Politics, Economics, or General Science. However, the Logical reasoning will have questions from Syllogisms, Analogies, Coding-decoding, Blood relations, Puzzles or Critical thinking.

The AILET exam does not have two sections namely, Legal Aptitude and Quantitative Aptitude. Also, the questions asked in CLAT exam are lengthy and time taking, while AILET question paper is considered to be completed within time if practiced well. The CLAT exam has 120 questions, i.e., less in comparison to the AILET which has 150 questions.
