Yes, for a BA LLB degree to be valid, it must be pursued from a regular college/institute approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI). BCI does not recognize distance or online BA LLB programs. Only full-time, on-campus law degrees are accepted for legal practice and appearing in bar exams in India.
