Hi Abdul,
There is no upper age restriction on LL.B. And B.A. LL.B.A person needs to be above 18 and passed 12th standard for B.A. LL.B. For LL.B. One should have completed their graduation or be in final year of graduation.

To practice in any foreign country, you have to clear the country specific bar exams. LLM from Canadian law school is also recommended.
