Following an LLB or any combined degree with an LLB, an LLM is a one-year postgraduate course. The LLB degree from any accredited university or institution of national importance with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates) or an equivalent grade is the prerequisite for this course.

As per this year's 2023 admission process, Candidates need to be graduate with 55% aggregate. Programme from the Pt Ravishankar Shukla University or any other recognised University are eligible to apply for the online LLM course at the university.
