There is no upper age limit for candidates to get admission to LLM programme through SLS AIAT. They only need to meet the SLS AIAT eligibility criteria, crack the entrance and obtain marks equal to or greater than the SLS AIAT cutoff for admission.

Yes, students currently in their final year of graduation can apply for SLS AIAT for admission to LLM. However, their admission will be provisional, based on the condition that they successfully complete their graduation exams and fulfill the eligibility criteria for the law programme they are applying for. Candidates will need to present proof of passing their LLB all semester exams during counselling or admission.

SLS AIAT paper for LLM includes two types of sections based on 2 subjective questions and 10 multiple choice-based questions and a psychometric test. The time limits and allocated marks for each section are mentioned below:
