No, you cannot get a direct admission at Lokmanya tilak college of engineering. Lokmanya Tilak College of Engineering admission is entrance-based for programs offered at UG and PG levels. In total, the institution offers 12 courses to students across various streams including Engineering.
The only way to get into the college is through MHT CET or JEE MAINS.

Lokmanya Tilak College of Engineering offers a full-time BE/BTech that lasts 4 years. To get into this programme, students need to have good scores in the JEE Main/MHT CET exam.
Maharashtra State candidates: Must appear for MHT-CET and pass it in all subjects.
All India candidates, Jammu and Kashmir candidates, and Ladakh migrant candidates: Must appear for JEE Mains or MHT-CET. Candidates who have passed JEE Mains are given preference over those who have passed MHT-CET.
