It can take up to three weeks before London Met makes any admission decision after the submission of the application. The university generally aims to make a decision within 2-3 weeks of the receipt of the application form, though processing times may vary depending on the time of the year. The university notifies in writing about the decision. If students have applied via UCAS for a UG course, students must bear in mind that it may take up to 2-3 weeks for UCAS to send London Met the students' application details.

The duration of the London Met MSc in Public Health course is 1 year. This course is approved by Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH). This course is going to develop students' critical understanding of the impact of social determinants of health on populations and the range of social, political, economic, environmental, and health interventions that might improve population health. After pursuing this course, graduates have gone on to work at positions within the NHS organizations govt. agencies, community organizations, local authorities, international health institutions, etc.

The Rocket (student venue) of London Met Uni hosts gigs, club nights, parties, and film screenings throughout the year. Some of the LMU Uk events that students can look out for are:
- Fresher's fortnight: Two weeks of special events including the likes of comedy, club nights, live music, and much more. Taking part in this event is the best way to enjoy the London Met University social life
- Music, night outs, and theme parties: The Rocket hosts events for international students as well as theme nights such as the summer ball and prohibition party
