In recent years, Lovely Professional University (LPU) has witnessed phenomenal placements and has attracted a multitude of high-ranked recruiters from various industries. LPU saw over 2,200 recruiters participating in the 2024 placement session. Over 6,000 job opportunities were presented to students. Leading global technology companies are represented among LPU's top recruiters including Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Apple, and Intel, as well as many nationally regarded firms such as Infosys, Cognizant, Capgemini and Bosch Engineering. 

LPU reported the highest package at INR2.5 crore per annum and major increments were seen at INR1.03 crore per annum and INR52.08 Lacs per annum. The average package of the top 25% of the employed students is INR10.23 Lacs per annum. 

The dedicated placement cell provides students with direct support in every aspect of the recruitment process, including full-time training sessions, workshops and induction to provide them with the best opportunity to excel and secure internships and jobs.
