Loyola College offers several B.Com specialisations such as Honours, Accounting & Finance, Corporate Secretaryship, and Computer Applications with admission largely merit based; some specialisations include an aptitude test and interview conducted over May 21–22, 2025. Loyola College offers the three-year BSc programme across seven specialisations through shift-I (aided) and in five specialisations via shift-II (self-financing mode).
