As of February 2025, the cutoff information on M.Arch admissions at D.Y.Patil School of Architecture is not been disclosed.to be eligible student must have B.Arch degree with at least 50% of the score and should contain a valid score in MH CET AND GATE examination. it is suggested that to check the official website of the college for the latest updates.

Eligibility Criteria:
50% marks in aggregate in 10+2 or equivalent passed/appearing with Mathematics as one of the subjects of examination. 50% marks in aggregate in 10+3 Diploma (any stream) passed/appearing recognised by Central/State Government with Mathematics as one of the subjects of examination.

Eligibility for Admissions :
- Candidates with Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent recognised by Council of Architecture, New Delhi
- 50% or more marks in qualifying B.Arch exam
- Candidates should pass in PGCET or GATE Examination
- PGCET (Post Graduate Common Entrance Test) conducted by KEA (Karnataka Examination Authority)

Dr. D.Y. Patil College of Architecture provides a number of scholarship schemes for M.Arch students. SC, NT, SBC, and OBC reserved category students can avail government scholarships from the Social Welfare Department of Maharashtra.
