Admissions into 2-year Master of Architecture (Sustainable Architecture) programme of GITAM (Deemed to be University) are governed by GITAM (Deemed to be University) admission regulations and as per norms of Council of Architecture (CoA), New Delhi. The candidates with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate in a Bachelor of Architecture degree course recognised by the Council of Architecture shall be admitted to the Post Graduate course in Architecture at GITAM University.

The candidate with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate in a Bachelor of Architecture degree course recognised by the Council of Architecture shall be admitted to the post graduate course in architecture. Every student has to register himself/herself for each semester individually at the time specified by the School / University. Each academic year consists of two semesters. The curriculum and course content (syllabus) for the M.Arch. (Sustainable Architecture) programme is recommended by the Board of Studies in Architecture and approved by Academic Council.

Interested candidates can follow these steps for M.Arch admission into BMS School of Architecture.
- Step 1: Go to the official website.
- Step 2: Click on "Admission Enquiry" on the home page. Step
- 3: Fill in the application form with personal and academic details. Step
- 4: Submit the application.
Candidates can also apply offline, for offline candidate have to visit university directly and collect the application form of M.Arch.
The admission to M.Arch is based on common entrance test PGCFT conducted by Karnataka .
The first reference is given to the candidate who has valid GATE score and then PGCFT rank holders.

BMS School of Architecture's M.Arch in Urban Design is a 2 year course offered at the PG level. There are only 120 seats available for M.Arch in Urban Design at BMS School of Architecture. In these seats, 75% of students belong to the management quota.

For getting addmission in M.Arch at BMS school of Architecture you must ensure to meet the eligibilty criteria. You must have completed B.Arch from a recognised institute with minimum 55% .
The BMS School of Architecture also considers the marks of GATE and Karntaka PGCET. Hence prepare through this exams.

No, you cannot join BMS school of Architecture for a Masters in Architecture without GATE. You must score more than 50% marks for General category in GATE exam to get addmission in the M.Arch. SC/. ST will only require 40% in the GATE exam. You must have Bachelors of Architecture degree from recognised board .
Without GATE as well as PGCET, you cannot join BMS School of Architecture for M.Arch.
