BMS College of Architecture provides M.Arch course for minimum of 50% marks scored by the candidate in qualification examination. M.Arch course in BMS College of Architecture is not that much expensive. The fee is decided by the state government and BMS College of Architecture charges fee as per the norms of state Govt. Candidates who have cleared the HSC (10+2) or equivalent exam with a minimum passing grade from any  school and hold a degree of B.Arch will be considered eligible for admission. Admission at BVSP is based on a Common Entrance Test (CET) consisting of a Personal Interview and Portfolio Assessment.

The eligibility criteria for the M.Arch (Environmental Architecture) programme at D.Y. Patil School of Architecture is:

1. Candidates must have a B.Arch degree with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate from a UGC recognised university .
2. Candidates must have a valid GATE score, MAH-M.Arch-CET score, or can appear for the ADYPU Entrance Exam .

The programme has an intake of 20 seats and is a 2-year full-time postgraduate degree course.

The average package for M.Arch students at Dr. D.Y. Patil College of Architecture is INR 4 to 6 Lakhs.
