If you are asking about the worthiness, then I would say 'yes', it is worthy. But, make sure about your future plans and strategy. The reason why I am saying that, is because the scope of both these course leads in same direction. In B.Tech Civil Engineering, you will learn about the Mathematics behind construction of infrastructure. The material strength, geography material mechanics and etc. Whereas, in M.Arch your study will revolves around designing and planning execution of the infrastructural projects. Eligibility for M.Arch is graduation in architecture and hence doing B.Tech will not make you eligible for admission in M.Arch.

Any Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) passed student is eligible for M.Arch Degree course. Candidates appearing for the final exams of B.Arch can also apply.
Those eligible need to acquire a minimum of 50% in the entrance examination.
Some institutes require an aptitude test and an interview for admission into the Master's Degree in architecture.
