The Master of Science (MS) degree is typically granted for studies in sciences, engineering and medicine and is usually for programs that are more focused on scientific/engineering and mathematical subjects. Eligibility criteria for MS abroad in the field of engineering is a Bachelors degree in engineering. Universities in USA and many other countries select students for MS admissions based on GRE score. In addition, universities evaluate students overall academic performance, State of Purpose (SOP), recommendations letters from eminent faculties. Hello Aditya,
Please be specific about the university
If you meant about Texas A&M College station, then your GRE score should be 325+ with 100+ in TOEFL. You should have 78% and above in Bachelors.
In case of Texas A&M Kingsville, the competition is pretty less. GRE score between 295-300 will be sufficient.
Texas A&M Corpus Christi is much more easier to get in.
All the best!

Hi Tanya,
The minimum aggregate is 60 percent but depending on the course and the University the percentage would vary. Also, which university in India you graduate from also matters.lower aggregate for top universities and higher for tier 2 universities! You should aim for a cgpa of above 7.8 and a GRE score above 320 to get into the top universities in Germany. Also, effective research experience and project work would also help your profile.

Hello Satyam, yes you are eligible to study a Masters in Australia/UK/Canada with your 3-year degree. In Canada however, you must know that 6.5 IELTS is not enough for Masters. Also in Canada and New Zealand, as their Masters degrees are very research-focused, you must have 75%+ in your Bachelors. Hence in NZ & Canada students often choose the one-year PG Diploma degrees. Masters in Australia and Canada are two-years. Masters in UK and Ireland are one-year. In case, you require admissions, I can help you. Hope this helps. Thanks!

You can apply to New Zealand as the country is not very fond of only academic performance. You can also apply to Atlantic Canada colleges as these are not very demanding in terms of academics
