In order to get admission to MBA, students need to fuflil the minimum eligibility criteria, i.e., to pass graduation with 50% with BE/ BCom/ BSc/ BA/ MCom/ MSc/ MA. Students from SC/ST category can apply with a lower qualifying mark as per the Government notification.

Dear Surbhi,
I am afraid of saying so, but you are not eligible to do M.Tech in any stream after passing your UG from BSc. In india, to do M.Tech, you must have a valid B.Tech degree. However, you can go for M.Sc in IT.
