The total fee for a four-year BTech course at Ramaiah University ranges from INR 7.2 Lacs - INR 21 lakh. The fee is calculated based on first-year fee. In order to get admission to BTech at Ramaiah University, students need to fulfil minimum eligibility criteria, i.e., to pass Class 12 with 45% with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory courses along with Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Electronics or Computer science. Students who belong to reserved category are required to get 40% aggregate in the same. The eligibility criteria for BTech (Lateral Entry) is also the same.
