Hi Alka, you can do M.Sc. After B.Sc. Chemistry. Your B.Sc. Marks will be given more weightage than class 12th. Whether or not PCM is required in 12th will depend on the university admission requirements but not required during B.Sc. Commonly.

Firstly, when you say scope, please elaborate what it means to you. Career, growth opportunity, job prospects, or earnings? Secondly, what kind of work you wish to do. Meaning, sales, marketing, manufacturing, R&D, QC/QA, or business development? Having said that, today both branches offer good scope in various sectors like pharma, healthcare, food technology, nutrition. So, please gather more information. Attend seminars to decide where you would like to go.
Good luck.

I think there will be fifty multiple choice questions each containing 2 marks for a correct response and -0.5 for the wrong answer. 35 number of questions for physics (if physics major) and math, chemistry, Bio each contribute 5 questions I. e, 15 questions from non-major part.
