Admissions to institutions abroad are based on a wide spectrum of criteria and not only on excellent academic record. Of course your very good CGPA will surely and definitely help. In view of foregoing I would like to advice you strongly that please approach an agency dealing with sending students to US and Canada for MS. They will advise you correctly as to how to go about fulfilling your dreams.
