M.Sc IT students are eligible to become a developer and tester in IT companies or IT department of any enterprise. In addition, M.Sc IT graduates can chose any non IT career, where eligibility criteria is a graduation degree.

You have to prepare a research proposal and apply with IELTS marks, then you can get admission. Alternatively, you can do 1 year research degree like M.Res or M.Phil, then you can pursue Ph.D.
