You have to prepare a research proposal and apply with IELTS marks, then you can get admission. Alternatively, you can do 1 year research degree like M.Res or M.Phil, then you can pursue Ph.D.

Since, you have done M.Sc in biotechnology, you can do MBA in biotechnology also. MBA in hospital administration is also good. But, as your background is M.Sc in biotechnology, I would suggest you to pursue MBA in biotechnology.

If you are M.Sc in chemistry and holding Master's degree, you can apply for the GATE examination. According to the eligibility criteria in any branch of science, mathematics or any other equivalent Master's degree can apply. Also, those who are in the final or pre-final year can also apply.
