Hi Nikunj,
There are two possible way you can go forward,
1. Persue for higher education(MSc-IT, MCA.)
2. Search for job.
As you have done your bachelore in distance, It will be difficult for you to get Job in MNC, But still there are many level 3 companies in India where you can try and I am sure you will get a better job.
My personal suggestion to you is to go for a higher education like MSc, MCA, or any of your interest.
The master degree will help you to acquire a good job in MNC and will also help you to higher as you gain experiance.
Please do your higher education as a regular course(not distance)
Best of Luck

Hi,
Programmers usually begin their careers by doing strictly programming activities. Later in their career they may move into software testing, software design, or implementation. Some programmers can move into technical team leaders, where they lead a team of software developers, or project managers who work on software projects.
Networking graduates can often start their careers in help desk or technical support, where they perform a variety of duties.
