Please check for your eligibility to appear for UGC NET from the criteria mentioned at the link provided below. You will have to opt for engineering sciences as your subject in the NET exam. Regards.

NET stands for National Eligibility Test. NET exam is conducted to check the eligibility for the award of JRF or assistant professor in universities. For details, you can visit CSIR NET official website or https://www.eduncle.com/csir-net-exam check here. You can apply for the NET Exam, if you fulfill the eligibility criteria as described in official notification.
