MANIT M.Tech academic fees do not cover your stay or food on campus. You must pay hostel rent and mess charges separately if you live there. Hostel fees are usually about INR 15,000 to INR 25,000 per semester. Mess bills are paid every month and cover your daily meals. These costs are extra, so you should budget for them separately.

No, the fee remains the same for all M.Tech branches. Whether you study Food Technology or Chemical Engineering, you pay INR 70,000. This means you can choose the subject you are interested in.

The application fee for PG courses is INR 1,200. Students can fill the form on official university website. Moreover, they can also appear for Q-CARE exam conducted by university. It is a scholarship exam. The admissions are on the basis of GATE merit score. Seat allotment is done by university.

Yes, you can pay the fee in installments. The fee for each academic year is divided in nine installments. However, an interest rate of 10% is applicable on EMIs. The university also offers education loan to financially weak students. Students can apply for loan via loan assistance cell in university.

The total fee is different for state domicile and other students. First year fee for Uttarakhand students ranges for INR 88,000 to INR 1.1 lakh. For other state students, fee ranges from INR 93,000 to INR 1.15 lakh. Fee can be paid semester wise via Demand draft or NEFT/RTGS. Additionally, other charges like transportation, hostel, uniform charges, etc. are also applicable.
