One must satisfy the following elligibility for M.Tech from Amrita University-

  • Pass with Minimum 60% in B.E./ B.Tech./ M.Sc in engineering or sciences discipline.
  • Non-GATE qualified students will be admitted based on academic records and performance in the interview.
  • Students with valid GATE/TANCET scores will be given weightage.

It's definitely a Yes. IITs are creating more scope for students in different fields. AI and Robotics are one of the new growing fields for the young generation. So, if you are really interested you can opt for these courses. Also make sure to select a good IIT for pursuing your career.
