The seat intake for M.Tech course at Vinayaka Mission's Kirupananda Variyar Engineering College, Vinayaka Mission's Research Foundation is 144. Candidates must pay the tuition fees to confirm their seat in the college after completing the counselling and selection process. 

Candidates are selected for M.Tech course at Vinayaka Mission's Kirupananda Variyar Engineering College, Vinayaka Mission's Research Foundation on the basis of their marks in the various national and state level entrance exams along with the VMRF Counselling. These include GATE and any other equivalent qualifying exam. 

PSGCT BTech admission is done through a single window counselling by the Directorate of Technical Education, Chennai and their norms.
