MAH B.Ed CET

The passing marks for 50% marks for General (UR) category and 45% for Maharashtra State Reserved categories, while Other State (All India) candidates need 55%.

After the MAH BEd CET result declaration, qualified candidates need to wait for the counselling registration to begin. Make the counselling and college acceptance payment timely.

The MAH BEd CET consists of objective-type multiple-choice questions (MCQs).

• The Mental Ability section will have questions from puzzles, coding-decoding, series, and logical reasoning.

• General Knowledge will have questions from current affairs, important dates and events, history, and general Science questions. 

• Teacher Aptitude questions will be based on problem-solving skills, leadership qualities, and understanding of teaching profession.

The candidates can use MAH BEd CET past year papers to get

• familiar with the structure of the exam.

• Identifying commonly asked topics which will help them in scoring marks.

• More practice of the past year question papers will help candidates in increase time management skills.

MAH BEd CET is conducted in a pen-and-paper mode and includes MCQs. The questions will be from three sections:

• Mental Ability: 40 marks

• General Knowledge: 30 marks

• Teacher Aptitude: 30 marks

The time duration of the MAH BEd CET exam will be 90 minutes. 

The difficulty level for MAH BEd CET exam is expected to be moderate mainly in the mental ability section.

The State Common Entrance Test Cell conducts the MAH BEd CET for the candidates who wish to get admission in BEd (General & Special) & BEd ELCT, MEd, and BEd MEd course. The exam will be conducted in March 2026. 

MAH BEd CET exam is mainly conducted in English and Marathi language. Candidates can make the choice based on their preference while filling the application form.
